How or why does he bring on Collison in front of them, and the joke that is Carew in front of the still slightly in form Baldock. How many chances have we carved out for any of our strikers in any recent games, especially at home? We were so slow in midfield, that you'd need to be blind not to see we needed a creative influence like Morrison or Lansbury, so he brings on out of form Collison, and too late to influence anything. We have gifted Saints the lead, and it's theirs to lose now. Somehow Reading lost and we gained a point, but as we can only manage draws at home, we'll still be behind them after the game in hand. A few basics could solve this dross. Play people in their best positions. Drop out of form players like Collison, Nolan. Introduce some creative and pacy midfielders, and get your front men to put in some extra shits of target practice in training!!! Negative??? After tonight, BFS deserves nothing else. Sounds like the Saints got out of jail with 2 penalties and Reading romped it. The best we can get now with the game in hand is 2nd if we score a few, but as that seems to be where our problems lie, with none of the strikers scoring yet again, 3rd looks more likely right now. How is Collison getting picked again, especially ahead of Morrison? We had a very negative shape from the kick off. Reading and Southampton are not doing this, which is why they keep picking up maximum points, and we don't! I may have been happy with a point today in different circumstances, but I am starting to wonder if these draws will cost us in the end. Glad to get a quality stopper, which he is, but could seal Greeno's departure next season, which I would not be happy about, as he's in great form too, but we should have tied him down to a long term contract by now. We've had him long enough to put him at ease haven't we? Henderson is good though, so not all bad. Will be tough at Leeds tomorrow.
