I wouldn't really put those two songs in the same category. Yeah Jay sampled Nas' voice ("I'm out for presidents to represent me") but "Dead Presidents" is about hustling and money while "The World Is Yours" is more of an uplifting you can do anything you set your mind type record.

I can't really say I like one better then the other because I wouldn't even compare them. They are both extremely good for very different reasons.
