I'm an ex-personal trainer and have been working out with weights for 26 years. I love it, and it keeps me fitter than many my age, which is why I keep working out 6 days/week. I buy new outfits or shoes when I feel I really need a boost in working out. I love your music choice. I listen to my i-pod on leg days as I prefer upper body weights to lower body. Only do 15 minutes of bike as muscle sculpts the body more than cardio. I know that from years of training and studying. I received your wonderful book from Amazon today.
