So Roy "Bidnezz as usual" Blunt. the TEA PARTY Candidate from Mizzou is opposed to removing earmarks.

Who was it that pushed him as the candidate for Missouri Senate? Who was the loudest voice in extolling his "electability"??

Way to go Dana Loesch.

You get what you vote for my friends.

Much like male figure skaters, the Leftist Media never tire of humiliating themselves.

To the Left, The Federal Republik of Washington, DC is all the family you need. They only need you help them maintain a majority, nothing more. If you have 1 more child than they need to "provide" for, it's okay with them to exterminate it and YOU once they find a replacement voter.

You are correct Sir.

The Battle of Armageddon between the Producers and the "Gimme Mines" is boiling to a head. Eventually, something has to pop.

I love that Obama and Palin have basically been around in the media's eye for the same length of time. There is volumes of negative information on Obama (Socialist ties, Terrorist Ties, Lies, Homo-terrorist Agendist, Tax Evaders, etc,) and with Palin they have "She shot wolves" and "we think she is dumb".

It's time to stand our post. Vigilant eyes and locked and loaded. At some point,, we will simply have to take a stand for Liberty and shake that tree.

Lately, whenever I see our Government in action, I keep hearing that guy from "Mythbusters" say, "I reject your reality and substitute my own".

They seem to completely ignore all reason. I thought these were supposed to be the smart people?

"these media outlets will continue to play their historic role in providing local communities with essential news and civic information.”

My local media outlet hasn't provided this service for like 5 years. Unless, it's a union rally or some science conference to promote global warming or explain why abortion is good for cancer victims.

The fact is that most newspapers have been so slow to adapt, they're behind the curve and dying off.

The logical step in this would be for my local paper (The St. Louis PostDispatch) to do a study and say, "why are we losing readers like crazy?". Okay there is internet and increased competition. However, there are a lot of people who grew up reading a paper every single day. I wish I could pass this love along to my children. But, when the paper simply reprints the garbage sent to it by the wire service without putting any thought into it, like "do my readers agree with this? is it offensive to them? ". Or maybe actually being balanced at all. Having one Conservative editorial a month isn't balance.

If a store opened and sold only black shoes. People came in and said "hey have any brown or white?" and they still only sold black shoes. Would people be upset when they went out of business? Perhaps the black shoe wearer, but if there were not enough sales to support them, we would logically go "that was rather dumb of them to sell only black shoes". We wouldn't rush to offer them more money to stay in business.

I like the inkblot reference. My son is dying to see this movie although we rarely watch secular stuff. I don't think one line makes me feel any more drawn or repelled from the movie. As a Conservative when I hear the words "White House" I think of Reagan. I don't default to St. Barry the Taxer or Jimmy Carter.

On a strange side note, I know tons of people who have seen "the Blind Side" and not one has mentioned a swipe at GW.

This is so exciting. It's like when you go to the zoo early and you see the Apes running and playing before the crowds put them on the defensive. Liberalism at it's purist state. Screaming hysterically because the person you're speaking to doesn't subscribe to exactly what you "know".

Then, when that doesn't work you just attack the person personally. I know where you were born. I know where you went to school.

This was great.

Sorry G, I really did miss the sarcasm. I knew I shouldn't have sworn off coffee today. I apologize for my complete meltdown.
