This is Funny. They are trying to justify their way to make money. We have both our pets chipped so it should be easy to track us down, you just scan for a chip. This is something they should be doing for all the animals in the first place. I would have no problem paying for a fee for a licence if they are small enough for our Toy Poodles and if NO-ONE there get a pay raise. Use the money for the animals

This is a story people need to read and tell law makers to do something about this instead of worrying about where they can make more money.
Four Oaks only pays 7 or 8 dollars an hour what kind of person do you think will work for that. The State needs to pull the business away from them or make a set of regulations that will be there for the children not against them. Why do you think they are there in the first place. They are getting abused or have a poor so called home life.
Lets not worry about Red Light Cameras or pets or anything the city can figure in so they can make a three figure income.

She Looks like she is on something. I can't stand to look at a face that could hurt a child like that. Her family is no better for not seeing or ignoring what went on with that poor child.

Well the dam is privately owned. They couldn't even keep it up so it would function properly. Now they want FEMA (Tax Payer) money to build them a new one. Well I say if they want FEMA money they it should be a government owned dam. Make it a concrete dam that allows the water to get so high then it just spills over. No maintenance to worry about. And most of all it is government owned

I was just talking about this with my wife today. APX alarm is a big one. The kept coming and bothering us, plus they are a scam. Then you got the Iowa Meat truck with a freezer in the back of a S10. You can and don't know who can come to your door.
