Why doesn't anyone ever point out that the Justice Department is part of the Executive (presidential) branch of the Federal Government? It is NOT the same thing as the Judical (Supreme Court) branch. This is exactly the same ploy that was used by the Clintons to keep them from being prosecuted - that is have the lawyers appointed by the president decide what to do about matters involving the president. Conflict of interest? Surely not.
