I've been trying it in Recovery mode and I'm still stuck in recovery mode. How did you get to go back and start from square one again?! I'm still stuck on the recovery screen.

This is the same exact problem I am having and I keep hearing the same exact solution, recovery! But I'm confused as I keep hearing recovery is when you can see the itunes and usb icon - I have that and it still won't restore without an error. I want to cry!
