I deleted a nasty comment on this post and while looking up the IP address I though some might find it interesting that it came from 74.80.40.247 , which is registered to Lafayette Consolidated Government.

How typical that hateful, nasty and degrading remarks come from Liberal types working in a public sector job paid for by the very taxpayers who's opinion they dispise... Where is that famous Liberal tolerance and advocating for diversity of opinion? Funny how they don't seem to stand up for it when it comes to an opinion different than theirs.

I actually listened to his words and realized what his definition of "Change" was. He has been doing exactly what he said in "Transforming America" and his policies are exactly what he meant to do Your are living in the Obama "Vision" for America that has increased the size of Government by 26% and budgetary spending is up 24%. Isn't it Great !
Most Americans didn't want $800 billion in stimulus aimed at increasing and maintaining Government jobs and payback to political cronies. They didn't want Cap & Trade or Obama Care either... with that being a fact as evidenced in poll after poll, your claim of obstruction by Republicans has actually been the will of the majority.

The fight in this country is about basic ideas, you either like larger Government, more spending, more taxes, more regulation and increased dependency on Government or not. We will see what the people choose in 17 days and I don't think it's going to be pretty for Dem's in Congress.
