Idiot - why use the word "forceful"? This is the Supreme Court he is threatening. Why not simply say "we disagree and will file the appropriate appeals"? I'll tell you why, because he'd rather be polite to terrorists and despots. He saves his derision for the constitutionally created branches of government.

Obama has full confidence in Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, director of national intelligence Dennis Blair, and CIA Director Leon Panetta despite acknowledgement that there was a "systemic, catastrophic failure of the system".

Seems like "systems" are breaking down left and right around Bambi!
