I watched the show and was truly moved. An inspiring challenge. We have the heart, but need the passion. We have the talented and qualified leaders, but they need our support to stand for us. I just spent the last 2 1/2 years learning a little of the blog world on my youtube site (sparklestheclown) and was really hit hard sometimes for my thoughts. Also on CNN ireport as GammySparkles. But, each of us has to be willing to stand up for what we believe, even if it hurts or if others think we are nuts!

Great Article, and definitely points the true media bias still controlling our journalism, or lack thereof! The media is truly blind, and so are most of the folks drinking that Kool Aid! She was hacked and given a raw deal, and whether folks like her or not, her agendas and views would be alot better for this country than the radical, corrupt agenda now being shoved down all of our throats! TRAVESTY! It just chaffs my Britches! PS it also will drive my votes in 2010 and 2012 - CAN ANYONE SPELL C O N S E R V A T I V E?!?!?

Really good take on this issue of healthcare. We all know it needs reforms, but the proposed bills for the Democrats, without allowing republicans true input, have all put our nation and its economy, and our individual healthcare rights into more jeopardy. The Rebpulican response to the speech was absolutely great. This Rep. was a heart surgeon, and he said if done the Democrats way, would increase by over 35 the number of added government agencies in the mix. We simply cannot afford this type of irresponsible plan. The Democrats are leaning on the sympathy and lack of adequate details to even its own liberal supporters, to ride these bills through. It is time we all looked at all of this mess! Why cannot a bill be just a bill, without 1000's of pages of add-ons and sneaking in paybacks ; without adding in clauses and more increases in union efforts, and without infringing on our individual rights? The Politicians are just digging deeper holes, HOLES, for us all! Start eating your onions!

This entire healthcare speech, debate, and white house handling is nothing short of a HACK JOB ON THE AMERICAN PUBLIC! There I have said it. I listened to the speech last night, and I felt offended for the Republicans who were singled out and not given real credit. The Sal Alinsky playbook was in full force last night. Sadly, the comments about the need for bipartisanship should have rested solely on the shoulders of Pelosi and her thugs, and the Democrats in general. Let's face it. No meaningful meetings were allowed with input by the Republicans until they had to go public to even make their points for reform. This overgovernment, overreaching, overcontrol, over-speech-making is just too too much. It all comes down to not genuine. And further, too many sneakins which will harm us all, and will provide ample paybacks to the unions, cronies, etc. When will this insanity not only stop, but be seen by all of the kool aid drinking liberals, who are clueless about how this mess will affect their lives too????

The paper is nothing more than a hack and cowards as well as absent any ethics for journalism. Sadly, much of journalism is dead today due to the liberal media bias flying around. They just don't get it. It actually hurts them as much as the citizen, who no longer gets the real news! Just more watered down kool aid!

I am really sorry, but you can't put lipstick on that pig! She is mean spirited, harsh, and downright nasty. The things she said about average citizens exercising their freedoms, which she wants to have, are absolutely unacceptable.
I used to like her acting. But I never knew this side of her. While I understand her being liberal and having those political views, she went overboard. But the Democrats have always had a double standard. When they do or say it it is cool or ok, when we say it we are extremists, terrorists, right-wingers. Maybe we are just citizens who love our country but see things much diffferently! It just Chaffs my Britches!
