FYI BLIZZARDS ARE BUY ONE GET ONE FOR 99 CENTS RIGHT NOW. ^word for word what I texted my best friend yesterday after seeing a commercial for them yesterday. I adore Blizzards, and Reese's are my favorite! PS- I think we need to arrange a visit in NYC or Philly sometime soon!

HAHAHA the toilet paper comment. I love you. I've done the chard/banana/AB thing before and it's delicious!! Though I usually eat the chard first and then go for the good stuff...deconstructed.

http://onefitfoodie.com/ : Build Your Glutes, Yo.

I love this post! I've been trying to work my glutes harder lately (no matter what my weight, my butt is always pancake flat, and I'd die for more of a lift!), but I tend to run into issues because my doctor says not to do lots of squats/lunges due to an old knee injury. Definitely need to try engaging more on my hip bridges and deadlifts- do you know of any other glute exercises that are easy on the knees?

http://italktofood.com/ : combat wintertime blues

I actually have SAD, haha. It sucks- especially in the evening after the sun goes down, when my mood swings from generally pretty happy to really touchy and emotional. One thing that really helps me is having a space heater in my room in addition to the radiator. I turn it on super high and get HOT! Being cold is awful :)

http://italktofood.com/ : what's in your fridge?

I ALWAYS have apples, almond milk and dark chocolate. And cereal, but that's in the pantry! Due to my recent baking sprees, we have Oreo pie as well as butter pecan ice cream in the freezer. And my mom liked to hoard things, so there are about 30 yogurts on the top shelf- not unexpected, but funny when you open it up!

http://italktofood.com/ : the freak out.

Oh my gosh, I'm right there with you girl. Seriously. Only I'm doing it NOW, and I'm unemployed living at home with a mother who wishes I could get a job in Switzerland ASAP, and tells me so often. So believe me, I am the queen of freakouts right now. The thing is though, that rationally we know we'll find something. Lots of people kind of wander around for awhile and figure out what they want to do for a few years, trying different jobs and working their way up the ladder. It's rare that people get their dream job right out of school. My advice? Start networking with companies NOW. Reach out to places you think are cool via Twitter, your blog, or personal emails. Build a base with the restaurants/companies/etc you could see yourself working for, learn more about them, then see how you like it then. Another thing I've found is that it's nearly impossible to get right in the door with all the cool sounding jobs. I would LOVE to be a food writer someday, but it's a small field that's already pretty well covered, and you have to pay your dues. Which is what I'm focusing on now- finding the first stepping stone that will one day get me to where I want to be. We're only 22!! :) Sorry if this is a long, kinda pointless comment. Just know you're not alone and I'm always here to chat if you'd like!!

http://italktofood.com/ : raise your hand if you're single

Being single, for me, gets lonely. I'm okay with it when I'm busy and I definitely have more fun going out, but at the end of the day I'm a relationship person and I like having someone to be that close to. Currently I'm learning to appreciate the perks of being single and I'm not looking for a boyfriend, but if the right guy were to come along I'd give up the single lifestyle in a second :) Oh, and I'm so with you on the physical thing haha. I just can't if I'm not in a relationship.

Hey! I put your blog in my reader right after the conference and am just now getting around to this...clearly, I am a little behind haha. It was so great to meet you before dinner on Saturday night though! The weekend was so fun but busy, I wish I'd gotten the chance to chat with you more. Maybe we can meet up when I'm in Palo Alto in December, I'd love to see you again!
