Its 3am you as a male are out of town on a business meeting or as a police/firefighter/EMT are on a 24 hour shift. Your wife and children are home asleep. Some prowler breaks into your house. Scenario 1. No weapon: What happens to your wife and children? Does the criminal leave, does the criminal rape your wife or abduct your child, does the criminal kill them. Scenario 2. With a weapon: Criminal enters the home wife hears him. Gets the gun aims a fires. DRT. Your family is safe. Which of these scenarios is more appealing to you? Any person who owns a gun should not take that power lightly and should receive some level of training.

The idea of gun control sickens and disgust me. In fact just today I bought me a new .45 handgun to go with my 9mm handgun and .22 rifle. I also applied for my concealed weapons permit and I am a life member of the NRA. Leave my guns alone.
