Welcome Guest Bloggers. I’ll be especially interested in Carley’s architectural insights and tech features. I’ve only been to Martha’s Vineyard once about 25-years ago and I would be interested in seeing/reading about the area travel spots from Dana.

I assume you can still only get to the Vineyard by small plane or ferry? This will keep visiting the Dream Home to a minimum assuming you can visit the DH this year.

I really like the outside wood-siding that will look even better with age. Is that “real” cooper water-spouts? The window plants give this house a nice home feel. At first I thought there was too much white bead-board but the more I look at the pictures the more I like it.

Love the Bose Sound Touch Wi-Fi system. I assume this can be moved from room-to-room?

I’m guessing at the lot-size which looks like a rectangle following the tree-line on 3-sides and the white fence line. Maybe 120 feet by 180 feet (more-or-less).
