Question. How can you be in control of the House, the Senate, and the Executive Office, and blame the other partyfor not passing garbage that only benefits you and your party for not being able to do the job you are being paid to do? Answer. They just want one or two of the opposition to vote with them , so that when it fails, they can say, "It's their fault, they voted for it.
