Yes I did read it, and was genuinely not sure which is true. I will concede that going by the track record the muslims are more likely to be lying. I wonder who the Jewish family are, because the fact that her Jewish wedding was attended by Yemen's Deputy Prime Minister for Security & Defense Affairs (a Muslim) suggests that such a kidnapping was perhaps a political act. I will add that if this young Jewess has run off with a muslim it's the dumbest thing she's ever done and she will definitely regret it. If she has been taken against her will she must be rescued. I hope Mossad agents can rescue her or something! Whatever is the case I do hope the truth is established.

She could have upset her family by falling for a muslim - They may have arranged her marriage to her Jewish husband. One thing is certain though -if the story was the other way round and she was a muslim girl running off with a Jew, her own parents would insist she was executed!

Cornelius makes a good point. 'The only alternative is that he is liar.' My only hope is that these people, who at least seem to believe there is such a thing as objective Truth (unlike atheistic humanists) will see that if they are sanctioned to lie to spread their faith - it's really because their faith is a lie in itself. Great post DDA - I had to look up about Ilan Halimi as I had never heard about him. (Poor young man!) Probably because it wasn't accorded much importance by our so called liberal media to warrant attention.
