"They told me they fixed it! I trusted them to fix it! It's not my fault!"

Who uttered the above line:

A. Lando Calrissian when he realized the hyperdrive generator wasn't repaired;

B. Barak Obama when he realized the economy wasn't repaired;

C. All of the above

Brown should consider a presidential bid after he gets a couple of years in the senate. It's not like there's no precedent for it.

Hey Martha, how come you didn't ask the Prez to give your concession speech? Seems only appropriate. He'll need the practice.

As can I since I voted against them.

Although I was more active this election than others, in retrospect I wonder how much more I could have done. How many of us took a friend to the polls, registered new voters, volunteered for a local political group? They did...and then some.

I remember a lot of conservatives this past election saying they were either going to vote for the opposition or sit it out to teach moderates and liberals a lesson. To give them what they wanted to show them how bad it could be. I hope it wasn't the last election for all of us because of that attitude. And yet, I'm still hearing a lot of people supporting a third party. I heard somewhere a house divided against itself cannot stand.

How many of us voted in a primary? By the time we get to the general election, we're often left with a choice between a Democrat we can't vote for and a Republican we have to, but hate to, because we didn't use the primary to ensure we had a viable candidate. Fact is, it's the only way to ensure incumbents get the boot.

The green jobs aren't the real priority just yet for this administration. Obama's priority is filling all the Red jobs first.

Outrage is a commodity to be spent only when necessary. The MSM is obviously saving it up for the beating those they endorse will take in the November elections. Can't cry wolf too soon.

Religious distress is at the same time the expression of real distress and the protest against real distress. Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, just as it is the spirit of a spiritless situation. It is the opium of the people. The abolition of religion as the illusory happiness of the people is required for their real happiness. The demand to give up the illusion about its condition is the demand to give up a condition which needs illusions.

Liberals, activists, Democrat politicians and the MSM are screaming mad over this. What better endorsement of this decision.

Schumer's rant alone tells me this was a good decision.

Expect dirtier, sleazier, meaner, on all fronts: legislative, media, propaganda, and the politics of destruction. Duck, don’t run.

Fasten your seatbelts. It’s going to be a bloody ride.

Brava! Spot on.

True Progressives don't have the capacity for self evaluation, to assess their methods, means or goals when they take a loss like this. Events like this only hardens their resolve. Anyone standing between them and their goal is gonna get flattened, a casualty of political war. The ends will always justify the means and if voters get in the way, they'll be neutralized. Expect many more attempts before the next election to control the new media.

This is a fight to the finish...this will be their America because they refuse to coexist with anyone outside their political spectrum. Theirs isn't a give and take system...win a few, lose a few. It's command and control.

Barack "Boss Tweed" Obama

Why is it everytime I think of Democrats, and this administration in particular, the thought of Tammany Hall keeps popping up?
