TorrentFreak : No '3 Strikes' Disconnection for UK Pirates

If I sell an external harddrive with mp3's on it (instead of copying) is that legal? I assume since you can resell a book, you can resell mp3s (as long as it isn't distributed digitally). And what if I decide the harddrive is worth a lot more than the retail cost? Can I not attribute value to any object of my own? Which leads me to another question, If someone designed a program that shared a file from computer A to computer B. and then deleted the file on computer A. Would that not parallel the "borrowing of a book/movie/cd" ?

TorrentFreak : Music Piracy Not That Bad, Industry Says

Translation: "Don't make music to make money." I agree with you there Roze, but please stop whining about how we have to do this and that, when these things have all been tried. Roze "We need to start a social/political movement against the MAFIAA." @Roze "Why not just join the U.S. Pirate Party?" Roze "I think that a non-governmental organization has much greater chance of taking off." Do you wanna be political or not? Plus your idea of laywers and such volunteering and free money and things... that's already been done. http://recordingindustryvspeople.blogspot.com/ ~ actions speak louder than words ~

TorrentFreak : RIAA Scared of Court Case Webcast

You know there won't be any actual webcasts. If the judge doesn't overturn his decision on the webcast stuff, the MAFIAA is just gonna withdraw their suit.
