Much the same as Obama and the Dems are doing now. Treat the terrorists as criminals/law enforcement issue. Sound familiar? Then the Dems and some Americans act shocked when our intel didnt lead to WMD in Iraq. "Bush Lied People Died". Saddam MAY not have helped Al Qaeda with 9/11 but we will never know.
