Unless they've spent $1000+ on 360 games, in which case "bailing" on the platform has a lot more secondary costs than just the $300-400 for a new console.

Seriously though, microtransactions ARE a valid business model, but was I faulting microtransactions as a business model? No. EA's problem in regards to microtransactions is the garbage they try and foist off on people over XBLM. Have we already forgotten about Tiger Woods 2007? Or Godfather?
