If you need a clean restore with an original Apple iOS firmware, then uncheck this box and all requests will be directed once again to Apple server.

didn't you read the above blog post?!
There are issues with Cydia at the moment:
"OK so it looks like Cydia is giving up the ghost and having some major issues."
So save your SHSH locally on your computer for now - then just be patient and wait until the Cydia issue has been solved.
@ haruna:
yes it's correct, restart TU after you have applied the changes - then it will work ;)

Apple IS STILL signing the iOS 4.3.2 - it's the current and latest iOS firmware!
Just read the above blog post more exactly - there is a major issue with Cydia!
Then the above post also clearly states: uncheck the checkbox under the tab advanced - you did not do that, otherwise there would be another message in the log - Your log still says: CYDIA does not have --> therefore your requests are still sent to CYDIA instead directly to the Apple server
You have to REQUEST the SHSH directly from Apple server - so uncheck the checkbox and save your SHSH's locally - then be patient and wait until the Cydia issue has been fixed!
to check if the timeframe for SHSH saving is already closed, check out the iPhone wiki: http://theiphonewiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=SHS...

To save your SHSH via APPLE instead of CYDIA (the default) go into Advanced options and UNCHECK the box that clearly says: "Request SHSH From Cydia" then click 'Apply Changes' then select your device then click 'Save SHSH'

If so, then you're fine: your locally saved SHSH blob has been downloaded directly from Apple server, which signed it and therefore it is valid.
Once the problem with Cydia and SHSH saving has been solved, you should be able to send your locally saved SHSH blobs again to Cydia with TinyUmbrella as usual - and you're still fine even if Apple has stopped signing for that iOS version in the meantime.
If you did not yet save your iOS 4.3.1 SHSH blob locally on your computer: download TU 4.30.05 -> go to tab Advanced and uncheck/disable the checkbox: Request SHSH from Cydia -> restart TU and click the button Save SHSH.
In addition there is another tool in Cydia called: iSHSHit (BigBoss repository) > this little tool works directly on your iDevice and will save your SHSH blobs too - afterwards sent the files by mail to your e-mail adress and put them into to your .shsh folder under your user folder: afaik those SHSH files should be converted by TU and you're also fine ;)

saurik's server doesn't seem to be down but it looks like there is a major issue with Cydia which does not yet accept your nor TU's request to save your iOS 4.3.2 SHSH blob.
Just couriosity: can't you just start the TSS Server in TU and Shift(Option)+Update? To be honest: I've never tried that ;D
