As much as I hate Omaumau, I have to be fair and say this would probably have happened if Bush were still president. We seem to lack the stomach for the brutality necessary to win this war. It's Washington's fault, not the fault of our brave soldiers and airmen who are restricted and put into danger by limp-wristed rules of engagement.
