My sister just purchased a 360 and bought 1 year of gold through the Xbox and chose Poker Smash. No sign of a code yet. Says it will show "about after the promotion ends" which means the 5th at the soonest.

Anyone that did this get their code yet?

Nothing for Christmas but on my birthday three days after I got Fable 2 and Far Cry 2.

We played a game of this after the update came out and no more random disconnects. Only down side was one friend had a lot of progress in the game deleted when he updated. Not sure how since the game doesn't create a save file.

I don't play Halo but I find that my friends and I prefer to be in party chat even though we are in the same match. Main benefit is the ability to talk during loading screens.
