Unfortuantely thanks to Microsoft's shafting of their userbase, Valve's efforts count for little in the long run. It's no surprise that they've not updated Team Fortress 2 on 360.
Fact is, what are Microsoft playing at by charging for this? They want us to pay to play but we do that already. For now.

Well when I was in the first preview we did have more clothes, these included, and in the second we've had these for a week too. This is just mopping up really, however there are still more clothes from the first preview yet to be unlocked.
Numbered 1-2-3 shirts, and sport shirt from US/Asia/AUS regions.
