I agree with you, MICHELLECOPE76, as HGTV should let the winner know that he or she has won upon the drawing! It is very ridiculous to have millions of people waiting, for 1 winner. I mean, even the Lottery doesn't do that. They allow multiple winners for one drawing. Why only have 1 major giveaway for 1 winner, anyway. There should be hundreds of prizes to win, along with 1 Grand Prize Winner. It appears as if HGTV has begun to behave in the way Publishers Clearing House has. They always have you lingering on and waiting around for 1 particular winner. When there's so many people involved, they should be more considerate of those who took out time to watch their show and enter their sweepstakes. They are making huge dollars from each of our information. It is totally selfish to do so, and not render a reward for the entrants.

No offense to the winners, as I am happy that somebody finally spilled the beans. This show has gotten to be more ridiculous by the minute.

To be conservative, I usually make it a habit to turn off lights and tvs that I'm not using inside of my home. Also, I'm much more conservative with water usage. To keep my power usage down, I usually open all of my blinds in the day time to let sunlight in. I also use ceiling fans in the daytime to conserve energy and set my temp at a normal degree so that it won't work in overload due to the extreme hot weather conditions.

I can't wait to see who the winner is of this beautiful home. I have been on the edge since the drawing. Hope you guys aren't as anxious as I am...it will drive you nuts! Oh well, see you guys soon...................

Hi Gail, the green home has encouraged me to continue with being conservative in almost everything I do on a day-to-day basis. Plus, I'm actually learning a lot from the way the house was built to the way the energy saving appliances were chosen for this home.
