Valid comments to everyone, both from the GP side and the readers. Though I have full confidence in our "clientele" (for the record, we prefer: "readers" and "members") to both appreciate the sub Free-$25 category as much as the $100,000+ price echelon).

Disclosure, the next fixation (of mine) was going to be an Audi RS6 Avant - a twin-turbo V10 580 horsepower station wagon. A ~$140,000 notion. Based on some aforementioned conjecture, perhaps it too is "outlandish" and "fun". Oh well, I don't mind pulling editorial rank to get some crazy into the mix. Post/Article hot sauce, if you will... and I like my hot sauce.

Though Patrick doesn't like hot sauce so he may disagree by either throwing a golf club at me or just angrily bark commands during interval training. We'll see...

1. People with keen spelling and grammatical skills, as you evidently are.
2. People who also don't have enough time to send in an email to corrections @ gearpatrol dot com, but would rather post a comment that eschews the point and spirit of the article, in favor of sounding fickle and boorish rather than fastidious or helpful.

Art of Manliness does outstanding work and now that we know they've got the same initiative I'm looking forward to seeing what they've got in store for everyone. I think the differences that there will inevitably be will be beneficial to the readers.

I believe they're simply called "Check Presenters". And agreed, never under a dollar.

Senior citizens seem to sometimes adhere to an amendment on standard social principles. One that I fully plan on utilizing when I become of age. It basically translates to: "I'm old, so it doesn't matter what I do."
