I think Disney will have some input into Marvel's operations, but I don't think they'll micromanage. We may see some Disney comic book favorites (Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck) sporting Marvel logos, but if Disney tries to push Marvel's creative teams too much, most of them will flee to DC.

Ditko lives apart from the general comic book creator population. This is a Good Thing. He doesn't follow the liberal line that most artists wallow in. Whether you agree with him or not, you have to admit that the man is a thinker.

Amazing that it was written 20 years ago. Also check out Ayn Rand's essay "The New Left: The Anti-Industrial Revolution". Written in the late 60's, it nails today's leftists. Chilling.

I know people who lost their jobs and are now back to work... For example, a friend of mine lost his engineering job, but he's working again... He's waiting tables at a Denny's. Sure, he has a job now... making 1/4 of what he was making before. Of course, he doesn't count as being unemployed, he just counts as losing his house.
