The conditions were slick and icy, and the presence of the van in its position on the roadway posed a safety hazard. I find this behavior to be predatory, opportunistic and parasitic, at best. Pull your entitlement driven heads out, and prove that you are truly about providing a needed, useful service, by putting the public's safety first, instead of doing anything to "getting the story" to boost your ratings.
