hahah it will definatly produce a lot of energy of some kind thats for sure ;)
during wwII the germans were buring straight coal dust in some of thier engines. allied forces were commonly using gassifier technologly (woodgas as fuel) and the very first diesel engine (i know its a lot earlier than wwII but its relevant) burned straight peanut oil. we dont need to be spending money "researching" this technology we just need to review our own history and see what our parents/grandparents did when fuel got tight. by the way you can build a really good gassifier from junk. - all that said i think that gov spending on this issue is just more wasteful spending on duplicate research in what seems to be more political payoffs.
hrm this "research" has already been done... in 1992 the gov issued the "aquatic species program closeout report" the finding then cited a lack of infrastructure but revealed the reality of using algae for fuel (some species produce about 10,000 times more oil per acre than soybeans) i've looked into it heavily and it seems to me a lack of interest to utilize the existing infrastructure to accomplish the task - there is brackish water at every waste treatment facility in america, not to mention the waste water from power plant cooling systems. since eutrophication is a real problem and all the green stuff is almost exclusivly algae... seems someone could get in the business of pond scum cleaning and make a killing on vegatable oil - just sayin. oops quick edit - they dont need to spend the money on the reaseach they just need to go back to the work done in '92 to know how to do this. again - just sayin.
you really want to try us on that?
hrm did those teaparty congressmembers just kinda spring up in congress all on thier own?? uhhh seems to me that the public sent them to washington in a landslide. so i guess shes bashing the public now - those are our reps shes insulting.
hrm the UPS (uninterruptable power supply) system stands between your consumption and the smart grid - make sure your gen-sets are dual powered (small electric motor and small combustible engine) the gen-set runs on the electric motor powered by line power at the meter so all the smart grid sees is the electric motor, when the line power dies the gen-set switches to combustible fuel like nat. gas, gasoline or diesel. ta-da! smart grid defeated and you now have uninterruptable power at home.
its funny how the truth seems to change the subject with these lefties a lot. i was really hopin for this guys response to this - oh well.
so i watched this video and i watched the third reich - the rise the other night - this whole buisness of tattlin on yer neighbor smacks of that whole episode of the nazis encouraging the same thing - just sayin
