"Pass the bill to find out whats in it?" How about "The Slaughter Solution" just "DEEM" the bill passed. She will write a new rule to make it OK. That tells you they know their bill is crap! It's not about what is good legislation, it's about changing the system to beat the system. It dosen't matter what the puplic wants, it's what they want!

I have a son in the Marines. He has served in Iraq and now in Afghanistan and I assure you they don't consider it pointless and your right, they are proud of what they do. You are also right that the Commander In Chief sets the tone on how the troops feel they are being treated.

This sounds a lot like the "Star Wars" program Reagan wanted to implement and as I recall the defensive system was to be based in space...program was canceled...Berlin Wall came down...history. I wonder if your prototype is from some of the same technology as from back then? At any rate, I hope we don't give it away either but with all the debt we owe to China sooner or later favors will be asked of us and I believe Obama would be more than open to "spread the techno wealth."

PBO and our government is now highly vested in the American Auto business. You're right in your thinking on trashing the opposition. Also, lets not forget the Unions...Toyota problems could mean a back door in. PBO is always looking after his buddies...remember the sweet deal they got on tax breaks from his failed health care plan. Everything this guy does is calculated. Remember...he is a Chicago politician.
