Support our president while he is trashing our constitution, our businesses and our liberties. I don't think so!! Additionally, much better solutions have been offered; however, they aren't Socialistic enough for this President. I will fight Obama all the way!!
We may lose this battle but be assured we will not give up. This nomination reaffirms the need for term limits, at least for our Senators, so our courts are not filled with activist judges.

Yes I am serious, I quite aware that the gevernment employs a variety of health care professionals, but this doesn't make them experts. Please refer back to my original post concerning health care expense. There is enough expertise in the Government to staff major hospitals, i.e The Veterans Administration Hospitals but that doesn't mean they have the expertise to develop and manage National Health Care.
Fisk, what expertise do the Legislative and Executive branch have? We currently have an Administration that can't keep track of Air Force One and they will not have a procedure to track the use of TARP funds until next year. The Federal Government has been a total failure in their attempt to administer Medicare and Medicaid. One of the major reasons that healthcare is so expensive is that the Federal Government doesn't pay the full cost for healthcare provided under Medicare or Medicaid. They only pay $0.60-0.65 on the dollar. The remainder of the total costs are then transferred to the private sector and these costs are then covered by increased insurance premiums and increased fees for service. We do not need Nationalized Health Care. What is needed a review of the unnecessary regulations and the Trial Lawyers that have been the direct cause for our health care costs.
Maybe Obama will have Fiat build his next limo. We could have "The Boy King Mobile" with a built in teleprompter and the Secret Service could push the thing around.
The Republicans don't have to rebrand themselves but they have to go back to the foundation which our Country was founded upon. I do not believe that foundation is made of sand as Obama frequently alludes to while talking to his teleprompter. If we use the principles our country was built upon, i.e. strong military, state and individual rights and limited goverment and if activism wasn't the function of our courts, we would have a good start. But we must make our voices heard now. I feel if Nationalized Health Care Is implemented this will be the final piece for Tyranny to be norm for our Country and we will no longer be a World Leader but will become the new France.
We need to start laying the Groundwork for a Constitutional Convention. We have over 600,000 CONSERVATIVE members so we need to begin to put the pressure that is needed on our individual states to demand that a Constitutional Convention be held to eliminate the National Income Tax. If we take Obama's, Pelosi's, Reid's and all of their supporters in our Congress money ,we can take their POWER and take our COUNTRY back. We need to stop this SPENDING SPREE NOW!!!! LET'S GO BACK TO FEDERALISM NOW SO OUR COUNTRY CAN SURVIVE ANOTHER 200 YEARS
