2. Animal Extremists aren't new. They've been around 30+ years. Welcome to the party.
3. HSUS & others have hijacked the Animal Welfare movement and turned it into a $100+million/year INTERNATIONAL industry. It has nothing to do with saving pets, everything to do with making TAX-FREE dollars.
4. The first place Animal Rights legislation was passed into law was in the 1930's in Nazi Germany. Animals had rights, but people didn't.
5. If you think the past & present aren't related, you need to read some of Cass Sunstein's opinions. Oh, and HSUS are advisors to the Dept. of Homeland Security.
6. HSUS has a Representative in every state whose job it is to introduce and lobby for the passage of legislation at the STATE, COUNTY and LOCAL level that supports their ideology and violates your civil rights in the process.
7. The agenda of the Animal Rights movement is to provide animals with the same legal rights as humans. If you think that's a joke, consider that in Switzerland...it's already happened!
8. Their stated goals include legislating a strict vegan diet for everyone. No meat, fish, eggs, poultry, honey, milk or other dairy product could be grown, sold, produced or consumed. Nobody would be allowed to farm, fish, hunt or even own an animal (if they have the same rights, owning a dog would be the same as slavery).
Don't want to give your Constitutional rights to a porcupine? Pay attention! Stop donating to HSUS, PETA and the ASPCA. They're not what you think!

Oh, yeah...it was PETA that did it! They used a bunch of their donation money to get their killers, er, employees, off the hook with the law.

First use will likely be in N. KY on a federal cased filed in Feb. where cruelty was alleged, a Beagle pack seized & all euthanized when $11,000+ bond not met, then cruelty charges immediately dropped.

1. The decision included two injunctions (no inspections of enclosures and no seizure bonds. Even if the decision is appealed, those injunctions still stand.
2. There is no statute of limitations under Section 1983 actions.
