Oakland has much bigger problems like one of the highest crime rates in the country; 180-200 murders a year, a HUGE drug problem, prostitution, gangs, poverty, Oakland police shooting unarmed 20 years olds on subways, parolees killing police officers, rapes, robberies, carjackings, riots, homeless, unemployment, budget problems, etc. Not to mention the Mayor himself with his tax evasion problems, than to worry about an elderly mormon man who did nothing to violate any laws.

One of the many reasons so many are leaving the state every year. I've already planned to leave this year, just counting down the days.
