As a long suffering Connecticut resident who has watched Chris "Dud" become more arrogant the more power he's collected, I'm amazed at how he's never responsible for anything negative that happens. The Countrywide deal? No, nothing wrong there. AIG donations to his campaign? He's the biggest fat cat, at over $100,000. #1. No, of course the money didn't influence him. AIG bonuses? Who me? Ha! Where do I donate to Rob Simmons campaign? And is it my imagination, or can anyone please tell me the number of national lawmakers with a business degree? They're all F#@* lawyers. Hellooooooo!?

Come on, John. Look at the art that Polanski has given to the world. Letting him off the hook is such a small price to pay, really, in order that this cinematic genius may continue to generously and unselfishly share his gifts with the rest of us untalented proletariat. When I travel to Switzerland next week on business I do so hope they unlock his cage and let him fly free while I'm there. Perhaps some of his genius will rub off as we cross paths in the airport......
