You're in jail, looking at a hefty prison sentence to begin with.
You DON'T have access to viable anthrax spores.
You WILL be stupid enough to lick an envelope, as opposed to using a wet piece of toilet paper.
You DO KNOW that this stunt will honk off the cops and DA to the point that they seek to have you walled up in a sewer for the rest of your natural life.
And, you ARE aware that jails & prisons are full of rats who will toss you under a bus in exchange for a candy bar, let alone a sentence reduction for giving you up.

But...the courts ALWAYS side with the cops, giving them the benefit of a doubt.

Like every other career politician who's never had dirt under their fingernails, you think a State budget is like a game of Three Card Monty in an alleyway.

This is outrageously stupid for two reasons:
Corrections ALWAYS throws the scare tactic of "pay us or else we'll toss these evil, nasty monsters loose on your streets!" And, they ALWAYS get their way. Every time.

Second, NONE of these cuts would need to happen AT ALL if these worthless bags of skin would only do away with the practice of Prevailing Wage when it came to State contracting bids. Our State economy is so dismal right now that there is absolutely NO danger of not being able to fill those contracts. The main one that stands out is highway construction. Each one of those slugs standing around leaning on a shovel is making no less than $35.00 an hour.
Figure that there are usually 20 people on each gig. Now do the math.

This is why each time that some bahsturd comes along screaming about how we need yet another 'special public safety levy' I want to punch their lights out on the doorstep.
