Eureka moments for me were finding about the Zone of Genius and about breathing into fears.
I'm going to celebrate my fears from now on! ;)

Stalling at the page 14... I know the feeling... ;) I've seen this video a while ago but forgot to thank you for inspiring me to do what I want with the book - it's feels so much better! :)

But I must confess, I hadn't thought of journaling this way. I would have thought journaling means going over your day noting what has happened etc. and not jotting down your ideas, intentions etc. first thing in the morning. I like that! ;)

So far I didn't read any of Paulo Coelho's books but one thought that I leave this note today with is that I want to start reading them.

I absolutely love the quote about the universe conspiring in helping us to achieve what we want and have long believed in this. And I've been paraphrasing this thought without even knowing it's from Paulo. :)

With so many great ideas, this note, with the quote from Warrior of the Light has just assured me even more to continue going, not losing hope.

So here's to the Warrior of the Light withing each of us!

I also love Dale Carnegie's writing style... and the ideas from his books as well!

The most intriguing idea here to me was resting before we get tired. I actually tried already taking those napitations that you mention in the past few days (as I already watched this PNTV episode).
I don't know if it's because I'm super busy these days with everything in my life while also excited about many things that seems to keep me awake just a bit longer than I'd think I could endure or it's really down to those few napitations that I did.

Actually I don't think I'm close to even doing it right as I never meditated before but I'm determined to meditate every day from now on (so I really appreciated stumbling upon advices you gave to Mike & Tiffany @ GratitudeLog a few days ago about meditation).

I'm really psyched to explore this even more!

And one more thing: thanks for reminding me I could use the rests from work (I do it every 45 mins - there's a software which reminds me and it even shows random exercises...) for saying a few mantras! :) Will do that from now on... :)

What I got from today's (err... actually yesterday's ;)) revisit of this great note is that it's really time for me to actually start doing first things first. The decision is here. No more fooling around. No more 99%. Thanks Brian!

Just as I pondered after watching the video, I realized I feel an obligation to be a part of the discussion. The problem was it didn't seem as easy at first as I hoped it would be (of course, I didn't know what to say and there being already some 300 comments, I couldn't go over all of them to see what the others have said and what I could say...). Then it hit me! I'm worrying about what other people would be saying! :) (but no more...)

Wow, it's gonna be a big change, I think I don't really know how that fear occupies me and I'll come to realization only once I deliberately control myself. Brian, you said how it was a lot of work constantly keeping an awareness of your negative thoughts and I know a little bit about that feeling as I've had a similar experience with stuttering (you can pretty much stop stuttering altogether as long as you keep the awareness of how you sound at all times - that's hard work - when I started being aware I realized how unaware I was of what I sounded like before).

Anyway, thanks for this gem that I didn't read before. I learned a great deal and have committed to follow through with the agreements. And I'll do my best. :)

Here's to plunging in, doing the best that we can, learning from blunders and correcting them eventually!

Since we already know we won't be the first perfect person that ever existed. :)
