If people don't want to follow the law, I don't want them as a fellow citizens. I will not ignore the law to win friends. If you will do that then you are not a true friend and definitely not a real principle driven conservative.

So, while Ed appears to us as a man of quite substantial substance, there is actually nothing there at all, and if he opens his mouth just a little further he will cease to exist completely.
So, while the image of Mr. Ed's butt may seem an appropriate icon for “Big Eddie”, I am more incline to see him as Foghorn Leghorn; All beak and no brains! He definitely sounds like Foghorn Leghorn anyway, and is not nearly as pleasant to look at as Mr. Ed’s posterior!
But, perhaps Dave from OK has it right; since there really isn't any substance there at all, maybe we should just ignore him?

I really don't like personal attacks. But Ed is a scientific phenomenon; he is a living, breathing oxymoron and a violation of the laws of physics!
When someone like Ed, does nothing but personal attacks (such as demonstrated in this clip) instead of addressing the merits of the position taken by the person he's attacking, he leaves no substance behind for anyone to address to in order to logically counter him. Except of course Ed's own personal character, which again he has proven is non-existent!
