Well done Janine outstanding customer service. The courier contractor will have carriers liability insurance so you can recover your costs if need be. More importantly if that company has offered "to put it right" name them like wise if that firm has not name them. Problems occur in business and quality business that tackle these challenges and go the extra mile to recover the situation really understand what customer service is all about.

Cam I have to agree that Inga would make a competent M.P. and most importantly as an electorate representative. Tim Grosor is a very able and competent Minister and switching to a list only position I don't think would be a backward step for him as he is overseas for a good proportion of the year. How would silent T feel if he lost the some what safe labour seat to Inga? New Lynn executive start thinking about the right man to do the best job for your community.

Yet another case of the Judiciary failing to do justice for the victim. Why are most Judges so out of touch? Why are the rights of offenders far more important than victims? The Police must appeal this sentence as Justice must be done and seen to be done.

Yep I bet David was brought in and fed some line that this will stop the bashings.. But anybody with a brain knows this law targets the wrong crowd. You really want to crack down on child abusers start looking at the drop kicks that don't feed their kids breakfast or lunch.
