With all the comic and graphic novels on film, you'd think people would get it through their thick skulls that literature is not going to translate literally. It wouldn't be the least bit believable if movies followed comics to detail. I agree with the person that said Nolan is a storyteller. A lot of the people that are bitching about action are the same ones that sang The Joker's praises when there was practically no fighting between him and Batman. I don't doubt Nolan will once again get us lost in the story.

He quickly became one of my favorite actors. I think he's going to be big soon. You guys should check out that movie "Bronson" about "England's most violent criminal." It's a trip.

I love that Danny Trejo gets to be the lead for once. It's fun to see the big names in the background kicking butt. It looks like such a B movie, but seeing the big names out of the norm is interesting enough.

Marvel could care less if they have Norton on this movie, but the discontinuity will not be overlooked. Let's face it, they're still going to get people's money.

i agree with you 100%. yours seems like the only though out response. I'm not even expecting quality actors for this film. First of all, it's Fox and they are lacking in anything quality when it comes to X-Men. Second of all, they're probably not even looking to spend the money it would cost to compete with the really expensive Avatar and Inceptionilike films.

Disney really should just money up.

Avengers... for continuity, they should have expected to spend the money to make the film. They've already got major stars on the roster. Maybe just money up and give them less royalties? I dunno

Totally agree. Jasper's character taking in charge in Eclipse is one of my favorite things about the entire series.

I'm so glad the action looks interesting. I am so tired of watching Kristen Stewart look uncomfortable and bite her lip throughout the whole movie.

Until 3D is affordable to everyone, I don't even see it as a public item. Think about it, the 3D tv itself is super expensive. It will be $250 for glasses, so you have to get a pair for everyone in the household if you ever want to watch tv together? What if you have company? That's just pointless. At this point, 3D is a rich man's toy. I am already over 3D as it is.

The Transformers movies aren't made for artistic purposes. They clearly indulge our craving for action, sound-effects, and CG, so I'm all for the third movie. I'm not going into it expecting a Scorcese film.

I think Bay realizes where he went overboard with the cheese factors and he will redeem himself in this third film.
