Suicide is a much more complex issue was her point. if you know anyone with mental illness, which you almost certainly do, you should realize that. My fiance has clinical depression and its a matter of chemical imbalance and brain wiring. When she's on her meds she's fine, when she's off them... its pretty terrible. Saying that this has more to do with suicide than bullying does not mean that bullying is wonderful. Again, did you even bother reading the full article before spouting off? You're guilty of the very thing you're complaining about.
