Before this gets approved I would like to see two things happen:
1. Fix the roads & sewage that needs repair in our city .
2. Make bikers more accountable by making them wear helmets, get driving permits that require taking a safety test and police officers to moniter the areas.

I'm both a car & bike rider and in both situations have encountered scary situations!
