Easily the best show on tv right now. I just re-watched the entire series from the beginning, and it is just as good the second time around.

She should have been kicked off the bench in her opinion on the decision about the death penalty for minors. Not because the decision was necessarily wrong, but because of the reasoning. The reasoning was using foreign nation's laws on the same issue and using them wrong. She compared us to Iran who she said does not put minors to death. True, except they will execute a 12 y.o. girl for getting pregnant, and say this is not killing a minor. Because the girl is pregnant she is considered an adult. Don't even need to get into her idea on age of consent.

Big Hollywood : Gene Simmons: Romney Smart Enough to Avoid Tax Burden

Romney actually paid too much. He had no salary, so the maximum he should have paid is 15%, so he is not taking full advantage of things like tax free municipal bonds. If you remember - the media doesn't - the Kerry's paid under 8% on their income. And for those from MA you should remember the last time T. Kennedy had an opponent we saw that his Kennedy foundation (for multiple Kennedy's) earned 250 millions in profit and paid 2 million in taxes.

The problem with banning either is that it is unConstitutional. It can only be banned - barring activist judges - by amending the Constitution. If it is done that way, then I am fine with it.

Big Hollywood : Obama's Celebrity Wish List: President Courts Country Acts to Gin Up Re-Election Campaign

Easy to get celebrities who know NOTHING about politics or economics. Let's see him get some military people to support him. Maybe the man who was held by pirates, escaped, but was allowed to be recaptured. Or, the soldiers in Afghanistan who were told that their enemies needed to be read their rights.

Big Government : More Evidence NY's Cigarette Tax Hike Was a Bust

These people elected Jerry Brown twice. It's not like they didn't know what they were getting. Raising taxes on the few people left who are contributing should be helpful (to the tax base in AZ).
