Given the Obamanation in the White House, I can laugh with that comment if I didn't know better.

That bear is the symbol, and mascot of the Children's National Medical Center, a for-profit private hospital system in DC and the surrounding areas. It is ranked as one of the top 5 in the country, and has some of the most advanced equipment and talent in the world. My wife works there as a nurse, and was there today under lockdown while Obammer was preaching to his choir today about how much our healthcare system sucks.
