The school needs to get all the info it can and then hand out punishment to the people who need it. There are always two sides to the story and I would put money on the fact that the "Victim" is not without some blame here. I do not know this 100% but would want the school to get as many of the facts as they can then make their decision. My son goes to Point and has said this boy is not as squeaky clean as he is made out to be by the news stations. That is not to say that he had this comming but may have played a part in it. The news will always play it like the " Victim" did nothing wrong just to help sell the story and I think that is waht is going on here. We do not know the facts only what KCRG wants us to know and they want public outrage to help fuel the story and help them make $$$$ I will trust the school to do what is needed and hope that this kind of trouble will be stopped in the future. I am still on the fence on the cameras myself because like with most government programs I feel there is too much room for abuse. I find it very funny that this is an issue but say keeping the streets and intersections painted doesn't seem to be that big of a priority. There are so many areas that this money could go for that would make us all safer on the roads but I will bet that it instead fills some budget shortfall in area that is not related to traffic safety.
