Kindly wait mate. I am certain that as soon as the new iOS 4.2 gets out on the iTunes, the dev team would post up a new post saying what to do and what methods to follow in order to jailbreak / unlock. So kindly stay away from iTunes updating your firmware. Make sure you DONOT install the latest 4.2 as long as you see any new instructions being posted here (that is if you want to jailbreak your device and or unlock). Hope this helped Regards

I use them both on the same account of itunes and backed up before easily. But even if I connect ip4, it doesnot give me the option to backup. I have tired syncing, and it still doesnot create a backup :( .. help please

Eum,, Confused really! From last two releases by the Dev team it has been seen that you are favouring MacOSx only. I know and I might seem to be complaining but trust me I am not. I just want to know so do the most of us, that why is it that no windows version is released. I got totally bumbed out when this current release of today was not as well supported for Windows. Looking forward to some replies which might help me to understand that WHY is it that there is no windows version? Are we not supposed to use an iphone just because we havenot got a shiny 1k GBP mac? :s Regards

are you even remotely linked to english. Seriously I had a real hard time understanding what you were on about. Anyhow, Donot upgrade either your 3g or your 3gS to the new 3.1 firmware as you may possibly loose your unlock. So DONT upgrade! NADA ZILCH

Eum.. Strange.. I Downloaded the firmware from iclarified for the 3.0 restore step-by-step instructions. while this was happening i got this error The iphone "iPhone" couldnot be restored. An unknown error occured (10) Bare in mind that i dont need to hactivate it as I still have my original sim card that came along with my iphone. All i need to do is to jailbreak and unlock. And light shed on my problem lads? Would be appreciated
