Independence Day was the first movie in years that people stood at the end and cheered.(The original Star Wars trilogy were the first I'd seen people do that) Seeing it a second time yes it had it's flaws but the first time you watched it the movie caught your emotions and held on till the end. 99% of people don't go to movies to be a critic. We want our emotions pulled in every different direction. We can be a critic later so maybe people need to lighten up before they get a hernia. And I know Trek front and back and the writers have let the series get stale like three day old bread. Maybe we need a new time line.
Gambit didn't even have a Cajun accent! Enough said.
Lets just skip this G.I. Joe movie and get on with the reboot! Terrible CGI! And when did G.I. Joe were armored accelerator suits or whatever?! At least there's cleavage!
The last few episodes are why I will tune in to next seasons opener. This season could be split in half, pre and post Bryan Fuller. I want to what happens when he has the whole season to write for the show.
The remake of The Day the Earth Stood Still is still the worst movie EVER! A complete waste of eyeball usage!
I usually never notice a characters hair and makeup but what's up with Claire's hair? Anyone agree? This episode was still better than any of last seasons. Still being way to preachy though.
I was wondering why this episode was actually decent. Thanks to all for pointing out Bryan Fullers full return. Hard to believe one writer makes that much difference! The wink was a silly addition tho.
I won't say how I saw Knowing but I would have been sick if I spent money to see it! I rented The Happening and after watching it I walked out in my yard hoping the grass would ease my pain from watching that crap! 31 MILLION?! Was it the only movie playing that weekend?
I've watched the show from the start and parts of last nights episode were breathtaking: BREATHTAKINGLY COMICAL!!! I can't believe no one's commented about when Claire told her mom that she and Alex were having sex to try and hide why he was there. I've tried to keep the faith in Heroes but that had to be the worst acting and written scene out of every episode of each season to this point. THERE IS NOTHING ANYONE CAN SAY TO DEFEND THAT SCENE! I won't bash the show to much cause it has it's good moments to. It just needs to be more consistent in it's acting, writing, and plot direction. But to many more scenes like that tho and it will start feeling like I am watching good porn.
