So the Government is violating the constitution when it prevents prayer. Because it preventing certain people from free exercise of their religion, while allowing Atheist to exercise theirs.

What the federal government should do is let the people involved do what they want. If the group wants to pray they pray if the group wants to have a moment of silence they have a moment of silence.

You said that the governement radio waves are sanctioned monopolies, tell me how? I live in a very rural area and I can listen to around 30 stations. If I do not like a station I can change the station. The governement does not say that all stations must play all musics equal.

I work for the governement as a contractor and sometimes I feel that I have to fill out a form in triplicate just to go the rest room. You have to have a procedure to scratch your butt and that procedure has to be approved by 6-8 guys.

Since when has the govenernent had any vision of the future. The governement has never created anything but DEBT. The Innovation you are talking about was created by PRIVATE individuals working for companies that wanted to make a profit. I have been in alot of different manufacturing Industries in the last 20 years and I can tell you that there was never a company that would spend any money on developing something unless they was going to make a profit on it.

Take the internet it's self it was created at first just as a means of information transfer between universities and now look at it. We can have debates on what is going on all over the world. This is cause companies like Biggovernment.com, google, yahoo wants to make a profit.

Some one in these comments said that google and other companies was for this. So ask our self why a PER Profit company or a Non-Profit company would want more paperwork to do, more restrictions what they can and cannot do. I can tell you why they have some angle the is going to make them more MONEY!!! Both the Profit and non-profit companies will benefit, not the little people like us.

What gets me is that if this had been done to a Democrat it would have had the State Police and the FBI all over it as a HATE crime and been all over CNN, MSMBC. There was language used that the Left love to rally around and call it a hate crime, but if it happens to a Republican it not a hate crime.

OK tell me what country that we have invaded? Yes we invaded Iraq with congresses approval and multiple UN resolutions. We Invaded Afganastan because they were supporting and allowing the terrorists to use their country as a point to plan and train for attacks on the US.

We are in Pakastan and South Korea because their governments asked for our help.

I love people that by thinking that you can have peace at home, by not doing anything. That is what happened alot in both WWI & WWII. Countries thought if they did not support either one, nothing would happen to them, but if the aggressor country wins, it will continue to advance and take over that country also.

1) bankrupt us??? I think that President Obama and the congress is doing that by themselves. I see more and more people living on social support programs when there is nothing wrong except that they are LAZY. And I have also seen people that should be able to get help after working for years get turned down by the government.
2) Lead back home??? Do you actually believe that if we leave the extreme Islamic Muslems alone that they will not attack the US sooner or later. They believe that their religion requires them to convert the whole world to their way.
I have lived near some muslems, and they treated their religion like I treat mine, They would talk to you about their religion and invite you to learn about it, but they would not force you to convert or die.
The extremest only want to convert the whole Earth to their religion.

I have a question for you Dhasselhoff. In WWI ot WWII were you for the US armed forces fighting in Europe and other places, or was the US interventionist foreign policy placing US troops in harms way?

I know I would rather fight over there in a foriegn country than I would here in America. I know that by fighting there my family is safer than if we was fighting here.
