Once you've upgraded your BB you can't downgrade it. The point of a no BB Ipsw is to sto you upgrading.

He did say that it was 'safe' I missed that.
I do hope that no one is doing an OTA upgrade though and would still not recommend upgrading yet. Until a JB is released it is never truly safe.
