Breitbart fans. I expect congratulations for exposing Sonny119 as the liberal troll he is. Read his posts and count the liberal catch phrases he uses like "intolerance" and the way he argues--not by presenting facts, but by calling names and denigrating individuals he finds intimidating. You have yet to present any facts to counter my argument.

Dang it. Now I bet you're also "offended".

Good night.

hey, let's talk in hypotheticals. I love foreign policies based on hypotheticals--they are so effective.

Logic--by its definition--implies the use of facts and given conditions to arrive at a conclusion. Logic cannot rest on hypotheticals.

Logic suggests that the Iranian theocracy maintains its power by blaming its woes on Israel. The Iranian President and its Theocratic ruler maintain the support of its people by verbally assaulting Israel. The Iranian government needs Israel to exist so that it maintains power. Therefore, logically speaking, Iran has no incentive to attack Israel. If Israel falls, they fall.

This is the same principle that the Democrat and Republican powerbrokers use. They pretend to hate each other, this builds a base of supporters who blame the other party for their woes. Thus, instead of resting the blame on the "establishment" for our country's woes, the people blissfully fight the other party and the true culprits are never voted out . Republican leaders hate Democrats so much that they attend the same parties, vacation together, and even share a round of golf.

Bury away. So you are defending the adoption of a failed liberal doctrine. Congratulations.

It still does not change the fact that the American Public was misled into supporting a war based on false testimony and fabricated evidence. It doesn't change the fact that two thousand of my patriotic brethren will not be returning home--dying for a cause that didn't exist. You may think a soldier or marine or airman or seaman's life is expendable--I, however, hold it in great esteem and will fight to protect them as they do me.

Again. Congratulations.

hahaha. your self congratulatory style is amusing. Every post you type confirms my suspicions that you are a bleeding heart liberal.

Here's a trophy for your effort--I don't want to hurt your self esteem.

I know they hurt your feelings every time they click that "thumbs down" button. (and I hope you don't mind that I cut and pasted a couple of paragraphs from this post and used it up above.)

Not that you need the encouragement, but, keep up the good fight.

Here. I'll help you out. I agree to disagree with you on the definition of "brave". Now debate the other three sentences:

"Furthermore, the rest of the world refuses to deal with its problems because we are too busy playing World Nanny. I for one, am tired of sacrificing our precious young men and women for every other country's problems.

If you are so adamant, join the foreign legion or U.N. military and go fight those wars--stop volunteering the rest of us."

and defend the other two armchair general's refusal to even serve.

Still avoiding the topic.

Ye of little faith. Israel has nuclear weapons and God on its side--they have proven time and again that they are perfectly capable of defending themselves.

Until they are attacked, we have no impetus for war.

And how was the conflict resolved?--by Mr. Reagan no less. The fact of the matter is, our hostages were freed--without the invasion you so thoroughly crave.

And Mr. Carter was implicit in the overthrow of the Shah. He didn't mind his business. He meddled in the domestic affairs of foreign country and offered public support for a tyrant that was despised by his people. He made an enemy where none was needed.

I erred in the verb I used, not in the principle.

Again, stop with the ad hominem attacks and defend the original post. Leave the Liberal/socialist emotional comments at home, they aren't welcome here.

Fact: Ron Paul served his country--like a boss
Fact: Newt Gingrich deferred entirely
Fact: Rick Santorum deferred entirely
Fact: Generals, not politicians, have publicly stated that Iran has not attained nuclear weapons or capabilities.
Fact: Ron Paul has received more contributions from active duty military members than all three candidates combined.
Fact: You and your cronies have taken the liberal position of sending someone else's family to fight wars your are too cowardly to volunteer for.
