Well, I should have seen this coming. Prejudiced people can't admit to having tunnel vision, but they have no qualms in reaffirming their generalizations. Nice story, by the way, but it's a bit lacking in statistics.

You "didn't want to appear racist," so you end with that silly remark, which makes you appear insecure. There's no use in tip-toeing around your own remarks.

I'm also doubtful if you use statistics for your generalizations at all. When people refer to stats, they usually don't admit they "lost count." You reference "recent months," yet I can recall one such robbery that happened a mere two weeks ago http://www.wavy.com/dpp/news/crime/man-arrested-i...
