Only instead of being about habeas corpus for enemy combatants its been about why the Atomic Bombs should've been dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. When I counter them with facts like if over 100,000 Japanese were slaughtered on Okinawa alone then how many would have died on the mainland, and if Japan was so ready to surrender then why did it take TWO A-Bombs to get them to give up and not ONE, they can't answer. Just like you said, you can argue your case but they can't argue their's. And with no facts or proof at all to back up what they say.
